Methods A total of 192 prison police officers were selected as study group to receive one-year EAP service. The control group consisted of 190 prison police officers. Both groups completed SCL-90 assessment before enrollment and one year after enrollment. After EAP service, SCL-90 scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity and depression And anxiety and other factors were significantly lower than before EAP service and control group (P <0.01).
