  1. Canada
When shopping in the mall, you are not allowed (允许) to check out with all the coins. The Currency Act passed in 1985 announced: Goods worth of $10 were not allowed to buy with only coins; while goods worth of more than $20 were not allowed to check out with all the $1 bills. Since then this rule has been used.
  2. Singapore
Chewing gum is prohibited (禁止). Since 1992, importing, making or selling chewing gum have been banned. Until 2004, the government allowed pharmacies(药店) to sell nicotine gum (尼古丁口香糖), but the consumers have to register their personal information when they buy it. In addition, people who spit or throw rubbish everywhere in public places will be fined of 300 Singapore dollars, while those who were repeatedly fined are subject to heavier penalties (处罚), such as imprisonment (监禁) for 12 hours, or sweeping the street in a red vest with words“I am a dustbin” on it .
  3. Thailand
Driving with upper body naked (裸体) is illegal (不合法的). Don’t lose your patience because of this tropical (热带的) country’s hot climate. If you drive a car or motorcycle with upper body naked and come across the police, you are supposed to be fined undoubtedly. In addition, leaving home without underclothes is illegal. You mustn’t step on Thai Baht (泰铢).

  4. Switzerland
In an apartment building, flushing (冲刷) the toilet after ten o’clock in the evening is banned and men are not allowed to pee (小便) while standing up, either.
