对日本人提出的评定高强度钢焊缝金属冷裂敏感性的LB-TRC(Longitudinal Bead-Tensile Restraint Cracking)试验法进行了初步的试验研究.试验目的在于搞清影响试验结果的主要因素.试验内容包括:试块的形状和尺寸、焊接间隙、坡口位置与形状、焊缝截面中心与试块截面中心之间的偏心距等因素对试验结果的影响;同时,对拘束应力的测定方式、试块材料成分的选择也进行了探讨.
A preliminary experimental study was conducted on the Longitudinal Bead-Tensile Restraint Cracking (LB-TRC) test proposed by the Japanese to assess the cold cracking susceptibility of high strength steel weld metal. The purpose of the test was to find out the main factors affecting the test results. The contents include: the shape and size of the test block, the welding gap, the location and shape of the groove, the eccentricity between the center of the cross-section of the weld and the center of the section of the test block, and other factors. At the same time, The choice of test material composition has also been explored.
