诱导多能干细胞(iPSC)为疾病个体特异性发病机制的研究提供了新的模型及思路。本文简介了iPSC的制备和iPSC源性心肌细胞的分化技术,以及病人特异性iPSC源性心肌细胞模型在SCN5A基因突变引起的心脏钠离子通道疾病的发病机制研究中的进展。
Induction of pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) provides a new model and a rationale for the study of individual-specific pathogenesis of the disease. This article describes the preparation of iPSCs and differentiation of iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes, and the progress of the patient-specific iPSC-derived cardiomyocyte model in the pathogenesis of cardiac sodium ion channel disease caused by SCN5A mutation.
