目的建立卡西酮的高效液相色谱检测方法。方法采用UPLC-DAD分析方法。分析柱:Agilent ZorbaxSB-Phenyl柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为三氟乙酸(pH 3.5)∶乙腈为85∶15,流速0.2mL/min,检测波长254nm。结果卡西酮在0.5~1 000μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好R2=0.999 4,日内与日间保留时间和峰面积的标准偏差(RSD)均<1.06%,检出限为0.068μg/mL,平均回收率95.9%。结论本方法峰形好,分离度好,线性范围良好,回收率高,适用于刑事案件中卡西酮的定性定量分析。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of cathinone. Methods UPLC-DAD analysis method. Analytical column: Agilent Zorbax® SB-Phenyl column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with trifluoroacetic acid (pH 3.5) as the mobile phase: acetonitrile 85:15, flow rate 0.2 mL / min and detection wavelength 254 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.5-1 000 μg / mL with R2 = 0.999 4. The standard deviation (RSD) of retention time and peak area were both lower than 1.06% with a detection limit of 0.068 μg / mL , The average recovery rate of 95.9%. Conclusion This method has good peak shape, good resolution, good linearity and high recovery rate. It is suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of cathinone in criminal cases.
