运用 33 6和 33 15两种人源小卫星探针对中国奠基群奥利亚罗非鱼群体进行遗传多态性的DNA指纹图谱研究。结果表明 ,在奥利亚罗非鱼群体中两种探针都能产生个体特异性的DNA指纹图谱 ;两种探针平均检测出 6 2 5条条带 ,其中多态性条带占 5 8 5 % ,个体平均条带数为 7 813 ;奥利亚罗非鱼种群内相似系数为 0 740 ,遗传变异系数为 0 2 6 0 ,证明奥利亚罗非鱼群体的遗传纯度极高 ,遗传多态性很低 ,但仍存在一定的遗传变异 ;DNA指纹图谱中 33 6产生的 7 2kb条带和 33 15产生的 9 4kb条带为奥利亚罗非鱼群体内各个体所共有 ,并且表现出一致的单态性和较强的杂交信号 ,反映了奥利亚罗非鱼在该位点小卫星的群体特征 ,可作为奥利亚罗非鱼特有的分子遗传标记
DNA fingerprinting of genetic polymorphisms of the Chinese Oriolus tilapia populations, which are the founders of China, were studied by using 33 6 and 33 15 mini-satellite probes. The results showed that both probes could produce individual-specific DNA fingerprinting in the population of O. niloticus; two probes detected an average of 652 bands, of which 58 5%, and the average number of individuals was 7 813. The similarity coefficient of 070 and the coefficient of variation of 0 2 6 0 in the population of O. tilapia were 0.64, which proved that the genetic purity of O. tilapia population was very high. Polymorphism was very low, but some genetic variations still existed. The 7 2kb bands of 33 6 and the 9 4kb bands of 33 15 in DNA fingerprinting were common to all individuals in the O. niloticus population Which showed the consistent monomorphism and strong hybridization signal, which reflected the population characteristics of the satellites of O. tilapia at this locus and could be used as the molecular genetic marker unique to O. aurea
