在建国60年的过程中,基于社会经济政治等整体性状况,我国政府对社会的管理共经历三个演变阶段,并形成了三种不同的管理模式,即“强政府-弱社会型”、“弱政府-弱社会型”和“强政府-强社会型”管理模式。基于当今社会政治经济的发展变化以及现代国家政府的发展趋势,在反思我国政府管理模式的基础之上,我们还需要继续对党政关系、政社关系和国家关系进行思考。 During the 60 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, based on the holistic situation of socio-economic politics, the government of our country has undergone three stages of evolution in the management of society and has formed three different management models, namely, “strong government - weak social type ”,“ Weak government - weak social type ”and“ strong government - strong social type ”management mode. Based on the development and changes of today’s political and economic societies and the development trend of modern state governments, we still need to continue thinking on the relationship between the party and the government, between the government and society, and between countries on the basis of reflecting on the government management model in our country.
