本文對這次在北京調查所發現的家畜結節虫,如猪的有齒結節虫O.dentatum,長尾結節虫O.longicaudum,牛羊的粗紋結節虫O.aspcrum,哥倫比亞結節虫O.columbianum及輻射結節虫O.radiatum做了詳細的叙述。還對在四川發現的羊微管結節虫O.penulosum也做了詳細的叔述。這次還對十年前在甘肅羊體內所發現的甘肅結節虫 (新種)O.kansuensis n.sp.做了詳盡的記述。這種新結節虫,因有側翼膜,身體前部是彎屈的,這一點與哥倫比亞結節虫,輻射結節虫及多葉結節虫相似。但新種結節虫有外葉冠十一至十二葉,頸乳突是在食道末端前後皮表上的,陰道向前引,尾尖向背面彎屈,這些特徵就足以與以上幾种結節虫區分開來。對國內還沒有發現的家畜結節虫,如猪的短尾結節虫O.brevicaudum,佐治亞結節虫O.georgiannum,羊的多葉結節虫O.multi folialum也做了介紹。在做各種家畜結節虫介紹的時候,特別注意了各種結節虫在中國現在已知的分佈情况,以作為各地獸醫工作者防治家畜結節虫的參考。為了帮助對家畜結節虫的鑑定,還擬了一個簡短的檢索表。

While doing various introduction of domesticated animal nymphs, we pay special attention to the distribution of various kinds of nodulated worms in China now, which are used as reference for prevention and control of domestic animal nymphs by veterinarians around the world. In order to assist the identification of livestock nymphs, a short search form was also proposed.
