The resources that become rich during the era of knowledge economy are the production, storage, use and consumption of knowledge and information. Knowledge and information have become the direct resources and internal driving force of the global economic development. Based on the demand characteristics of knowledge workers in the era of knowledge economy, this article analyzes the new problems that should be paid attention to in attracting and maintaining talents.
