目的:为拇指再造提供拇(足)趾的解剖学资料。方法:经组织学处理切片,在显微镜下观测。结果:拇(足)趾截面积的平均值:Ⅰ断面最小为354.14mm2,Ⅱ断面为371.69mm2,Ⅲ断面为396.52mm2。软组织厚度跖侧的平均值:Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ断面分别为8.65mm、9.25mm、9.36mm。趾骨截面积Ⅰ断面的平均值为77.72mm2,Ⅱ断面为85.31mm2。结论:跖侧软组织厚度明显大于其它侧别。
Objective: To provide anatomical data on thumb (foot) toes for thumb reconstruction. METHODS: Tissue sections were processed and examined under a microscope. Results: The mean value of the cross-sectional area of the thumb (foot) toe: the minimum of the I section was 354.14 mm2, the section of the II section was 371.69 mm2, the section of the III section was 396.52 mm2. Soft tissue thickness of the plantar side of the average: Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ sections were 8.65mm, 9.25mm, 9.36mm. The average cross-sectional area of the phalanx Ⅰ was 77.72mm2, while the cross-sectional area of Ⅱ was 85.31mm2. Conclusion: The plantar soft tissue thickness is significantly greater than the other side.
