利用DSC研究了PA612与EVOH间氢键对PA612/EVOH体系结晶动力学的影响。结果表明:随着PA612/EVOH体系中EVOH含量的增加,PA612的结晶速率减小,结晶活化能增大。通过计算得到PA612与EVOH的相互作用参数为负值,说明PA612分子与EVOH分子之间存在的氢键作用力促使PA612与EVOH在熔融共混过程中有相容行为。
The influence of hydrogen bonding between PA612 and EVOH on the crystallization kinetics of PA612 / EVOH system was studied by DSC. The results show that with the increase of the content of EVOH in PA612 / EVOH system, the crystallization rate of PA612 decreases and the activation energy of crystallization increases. The calculated interaction parameters between PA612 and EVOH are negative, indicating that the hydrogen bonding force between PA612 and EVOH molecules promotes the compatibility of PA612 with EVOH during melt blending.
