1986~1989年连续4年,从北京农业大学植物生态工程研究所提供的120个苎麻增产菌株中选出了3个最优菌株,即1986年的69号,1987年的3号、4号,并于1988~1989年在湖南省南县,汉寿,桑植,大庸,龙山等主要麻区进行了50hm2苎麻增产菌69号示范推广,均表现增产显著.1992年我们把上述3个最优菌株和北京农业大学新提供的Y8,Y112个菌株在汉寿,宁乡,沅江等县、市继续进行试验示范,三季麻试验结果,以Y11和69号增产效果最为显著.同年三麻期,我们还将Y11和69号在沅江市进行了14hm2较大面积示范推广,同样地表现增产显著.经增产菌处理后的苎麻原麻的单纤维支数,经1989年和1992年测试结果,均比对照稍有提高,但未达到显著性差异.
From 1986 to 1989 for four consecutive years, three optimal strains were selected from 120 ramie-producing strains provided by Plant Ecology Engineering Institute of Beijing Agricultural University, namely, No. 69 in 1986, No. 3 and No. 4 in 1987, In 1988 ~ 1989 in Hunan County, Hanshou, Sangzhi, Dayong, Longshan and other major areas of 50hm2 ramie yield 69 bacteria demonstration, both showed a significant yield increase. In 1992 we put the three best strains and Beijing Agricultural University to provide the new Y8, Y112 strains in Hanshou, Ningxiang, Yuanjiang and other counties and cities continue to test demonstration, three season hemp test results to yield Y11 and 69 The effect is the most obvious. In the same year of the three marijuana period, we also carried out demonstration and promotion of a larger area of 14hm2 in Yuanjiang City, Y11 and No.69, demonstrating a significant yield increase as well. The number of single fiber of ramie hemp treated by increasing strain was slightly higher than that of control after the test results of 1989 and 1992, but no significant difference was found.
