新常态模式下我国经济增速开始放缓,过去靠规模、产能扩张的路子已走到尽头。根据外部环境变化以及企业转型升级需求,创造出适合当前形势的战略,是当前企业家所面临的重要问题。而大数据技术的出现、应用于企业管理,有利于企业提升整体能力加强环境应变的灵敏度。然而企业在具体应用大数据的过程中也出现了诸如信息安全、管理等各种问题。本文意图通过对企业在大数据时代中机遇与挑战分析,从而得出企业在大数据时代下的对策。
Under the new normal mode, the economic growth in our country started to slow down. In the past, the road to expansion in scale and capacity had come to an end. According to the changes in the external environment and the needs of enterprises to upgrade and create a strategy suitable for the current situation, it is an important issue for current entrepreneurs. The emergence of big data technology, used in business management, is conducive to enhancing the overall ability of enterprises to enhance the sensitivity of environmental response. However, enterprises in the specific application of big data also appeared in various issues such as information security, management and so on. This article intends to analyze the opportunities and challenges in the era of big data in order to draw the enterprise’s countermeasures in the big data era.
