校长的课程领导力的一个重要体现,就是以校为本、对课程实施进行全程整合的能力。全程是指课程实施的时间线,即从前期开发,到实施、总结、反思,最后形成特色;整合是指课程实施的方式,主要包括策略整合,资源整合等方面。前期:解读教育理念建设校本课程《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》明确规定:“学校在执行国家课程和地方课程的同时,应视当地社会、经济发展的具体情况,结合本校传统和优势、学生的兴趣和需要,开发或者选用适当的校本课程。”国家课程在解决课程统一性与基础性方面起着决定性的作用,而校本课程则能尊重学校师生的独特性和差异性,体现学校的办学特色,满足学生个性化发展的需求。校长作为课程实施的领导者,
