优质的肠造口围手术期护理可使患者尽快达到生活自理,改善生活质量。本文总结我科14例肠造口患者围手术期护理体会,现报告如下。1临床资料选取2014年12月~2015年12月在我科行肠造口手术的患者14例,其中,男8例,女6例,年龄42~78岁。手术过程顺利,术后造口排气时间为3~5天。1例患者出现造口梗阻,1例出现造口周围皮肤溃烂,其余12例痊愈出院。
Perioperative management of high-quality enterostomy can enable patients to take care of themselves as soon as possible to improve the quality of life. This article summarizes the 14 cases of mycostomy perioperative nursing experience, are as follows. 1 Clinical data Select 14 cases of patients undergoing colostomy in our department from December 2014 to December 2015, including 8 males and 6 females, aged from 42 to 78 years old. Surgical procedure is smooth, postoperative stoma exhaust time is 3 to 5 days. One patient had ostomy obstruction, one had skin ulceration around the stoma, and the remaining 12 patients were discharged.
