半导体激光器的自动功率控制(APC)是光纤通信实用化过程中提出来的重要课题之一。本文介绍了一个采用光电反馈对 LD 的平均功率进行控制的实验,作了数学分析,给出了计算结果,并探讨了引起误差的主要原因。
The automatic power control (APC) of semiconductor lasers is one of the important topics raised in the practical application of optical fiber communication. In this paper, an experiment of controlling the average power of LD by using optoelectronic feedback is introduced. The mathematical analysis is given and the calculation results are given. The main causes of the error are also discussed.
