为了解自孕12~40周胎儿在不同孕周股骨与肱骨发育特点,本文对我院不同孕龄胎儿股骨与肱骨的长度进行测量,以发现其发育速度的特点,更好的研究胎儿期肢体发育的异常。 资料与方法 1997~1998年不同孕周的孕妇共2757例,使用日本阿洛卡256B超声仪,探头频率为3.5MH_Z。孕妇仰卧位,B超对胎儿双顶径、脊柱、胎心、胎动、胎盘、羊水做全面扫查后,测量胎儿股骨、肱骨长度,计算平均值,得出胎儿股骨与肱骨长度在不同孕周
In order to understand the characteristics of femoral and humerus development of fetus at different gestational weeks from 12 to 40 weeks of gestation, we measured the length of femur and humerus in different gestational age in our hospital to find out the characteristics of its development speed, Abnormal development. Materials and Methods A total of 2,757 pregnant women of different gestational age from 1997 to 1998 were used. The frequency of the probe was 3.5MH_Z using a Japanese Aloka 256B ultrasound system. Pregnant women supine, B-fetus biparietal diameter, spine, fetal heart rate, fetal movement, placenta, amniotic fluid to do a comprehensive scan, the measurement of fetal femur, humeral length, calculate the average, obtained fetal femur and humeral length in different gestational weeks
