利用小波变换对拾取的激光焊接等离子体的 AE信号进行分析 ,通过对比激光焊接的稳定过程及出现间隙、错边缺陷时的 AE信号 ,发现信号的低频分量在缺陷发生时幅值较正常稳定焊接时有较明显的下降 ;AE信号在 156 2~ 6 2 50 Hz频段部分的能量也存在类似现象。利用小波分解技术能够将信号划分到不同的频带范围这一特性 ,可以实现 AE信号的信息分离 ,从而能够提取AE信号的特征信息 ,进而实现对激光焊接的过程控制。
By using wavelet transform to analyze the AE signal of the laser welding plasma picked up by comparing with the laser welding stability process and the AE signal when the gap and the edge defect occur, it is found that the low frequency component of the signal is stabler than the normal when the defect occurs When there is a more obvious decline; AE signal 156 2 ~ 6 2 50 Hz part of the energy band there is a similar phenomenon. The use of wavelet decomposition technology can be divided into different frequency band signal characteristics, can achieve the separation of AE signal information, which can extract the AE signal characteristic information, and then realize the laser welding process control.
