在近日举行的由上海市绿色建筑协会主办的“2016上海绿色建筑国际论坛”上,该市城乡建设和交通工作委员会党委书记崔明华指出,目前,已委托上海市绿色建筑协会组织开展了绿色建筑立法研究工作,起草《上海市绿色建筑管理条例(草案)》,为绿色建筑发展提供法律支撑。同时,上海市正在研究推进绿色生态城区建设的相关政策和评价标准,计划以通过创建市级绿色生态城区试点、示范,推进该市绿色生态城区建设工作落地。 At the recent “2016 Shanghai Green Building International Forum” sponsored by the Shanghai Green Building Association, Cui Minghua, Party Secretary of Urban and Rural Construction and Transportation Committee of the city, pointed out that at present, the Green Building Association of Shanghai has been commissioned to organize a green Building legislation research work, drafting the “Shanghai Green Building Management Regulations (Draft)” to provide legal support for the development of green buildings. In the meantime, Shanghai is studying relevant policies and evaluation criteria for advancing the green eco-city construction and plans to pilot and demonstrate the green eco-city construction in the city through the creation of municipal-level eco-green urban areas.
