针对再生水管网,通过试验探讨了紫外线强化次氯酸钠消毒对碳钢腐蚀速率及其腐蚀产物的影响。结果表明,紫外线预处理可有效缓解再生水管网中碳钢的腐蚀,且紫外线剂量越高,腐蚀速率就越低;扫描电镜和XRD结果显示,经紫外线预处理后,碳钢界面的腐蚀产物以Fe OOH为主,说明紫外线预处理具有延缓碳钢腐蚀进程的作用;紫外线预处理导致微生物活性降低、余氯衰减速率加快,这是碳钢腐蚀减缓的两个主要原因;试验条件下,兼顾腐蚀和微生物控制效果,建议采用紫外线预处理剂量为120 m J/cm2、次氯酸钠投加量为9 mg/L的组合工况。
For the reclaimed water pipe network, the effects of UV-enhanced sodium hypochlorite disinfection on the corrosion rate and corrosion products of carbon steel were discussed through experiments. The results show that UV pretreatment can effectively alleviate the corrosion of carbon steel in the recycled water pipe network, and the higher the UV dose, the lower the corrosion rate.
