上海市青浦区检察院案件管理科科长何静的电脑桌面上的一款软件,显示着近一年时间来案件评查的基本情况,各类数据分类别、分问题、分比例一目了然。这套建立在对数千件案件质量评查经验基础上的评查软件,不仅可以看到已办结案件的基本情况,还可以调阅相应案件的所有相关文书,从案件受理文书、审查起诉文书,到审查终结文书、公开文书等一应俱全。案件质量评查是对检察官办案进行监督制约,促进规范司法的重要手段。上海市检察院在案件质量评查方面不仅构建了一套有效的评查制度,同时也积极采用先进的技术手段,增强案件评查的质量和效率,切实提高了规范司法意识。
