应用 S—100蛋白、Vimentin、CK、NSE等4种抗体对63例正常人垂体的滤泡星AS细胞(FSC)进行免疫组化研究。结果表明:正常垂体运侧部的 FSC对S—100蛋白和 Vimentin反应阳性。而对 CK和 NSE为阴性。内分泌细胞大多数对CK反应阳性,少数对 NSE 阳性。S—100蛋白和 Vimentin双重染色进一步证明了FSC阳性细胞有3种不同的类型:S—100蛋白阳性;Vimentin阳性;S-100和Vimentin双阳性。研究结果证明了FSC是与神经外胚层的胶质细胞同源。
Sixty-three normal human pituitary fibroblasts AS cells (FSC) were immunohistochemically studied with four antibodies, S-100 protein, Vimentin, CK and NSE. The results showed that FSC on the side of normal pituitary was positive for S-100 protein and Vimentin. While negative for CK and NSE. Most endocrine cells respond positively to CK and a few are positive to NSE. Dual staining of S-100 protein and Vimentin further demonstrated that there are 3 different types of FSC positive cells: S-100 protein positive; Vimentin positive; S-100 and Vimentin double positive. The results of the study demonstrate that FSC is homologous to glial cells of neuroectoderm.
