目的 掌握组织工程研究现状和发展水平、推断研究热点及预测学科发展趋向。方法 检索MEDL INE生物医学文献数据库 1987年~ 1999年组织工程研究的全部文献 314篇 ,利用文献计量学方法对文献年代、国别、文种、主要期刊、多产作者及主题词词频分布进行分析。结果 自 1990年起 ,组织工程研究文献量逐年近乎呈倍数增加 ,且 1998年~ 1999年发表文献占总文献量的 5 7.96 %。全部文献来自 15个国家 ,6种出版文字 ,140种期刊。美国发表文献占 6 4.97%。英文文献占 93.95 %。产文 5篇以上的作者 2 0位。种子细胞、移植学、支架材料与细胞外基质、体内植入、潜在应用、人工替代物、聚合物、组织培养及生物遗传学的词频累计达 94.93%。结论组织工程研究的主要产文国为美国、英国、荷兰和德国 ;英文为主要文种 ;《J- Biomed- Mater- Res》等 15种期刊为其核心期刊 ;种子细胞、移植学、支架材料与细胞外基质及体内植入为组织工程研究的热点和重点。 Objective To grasp the status quo and development of tissue engineering research, to infer research hot spots and predict the development trend of disciplines. METHODS: A total of 314 articles of MEDL INE biomedical literature database from 1987 to 1999 were searched, and the bibliometrics of the literature were used to analyze the frequency distribution of the literature in the age, country, genre, major periodicals, prolific authors and subject words . Results Since 1990, the amount of research literature in tissue engineering has increased almost every year, and the number of articles published in 1998 ~ 1999 has been 5 7.96%. All literature from 15 countries, 6 kinds of published text, 140 kinds of periodicals. The United States published 6 4.97% of the literature. English literature accounted for 93.95%. Producers More than 5 authors 20. The cumulative frequencies of seed cells, transplantation, scaffolds and extracellular matrix, implantation in vivo, potential applications, artificial substitutes, polymers, tissue culture and biogenetics reached 94.93%. Conclusions The main countries of tissue engineering research are the United States, Great Britain, the Netherlands and Germany; English is the major genus; 15 J-Biomed- Mater-Res are the core journals; and seed cells, transplantation, scaffolds With the extracellular matrix and in vivo implantation for tissue engineering research focus and focus.
