合成了７ 个Ｎ－碘炔丙基氧羰基氨基酸及其酯类化合物，并与防霉抗菌剂９３１ 进行比较。初步抗菌实验表明，上述大部分化合物对常见的霉菌、细菌均有不同程度的抑制作用，其中化合物４ｆ的抗菌效果较好。
Seven N-iodopropargyloxycarbonyl amino acids and their esters were synthesized and compared with Mildew-resistant 931 antibacterial agent. The preliminary antibacterial experiments showed that most of the above compounds have common inhibitory effects on molds and bacteria, and the antibacterial effect of compound 4f is better.
