研究了 4 磺酸酯 2 ,2 ,6,6 四甲基哌啶氮氧自由基 (STMP)的抗脂质过氧化作用 .结果表明 ,STMP显著抑制丙二醛 (MDA)的生成 ,其抑制心 ,肝 ,肾MDA生成的IC50 分别为 4 .4 ,3.2及 3.7μmol·L- 1;对抗溶血反应 ,其IC50 为 318.3μmol·L- 1;但不影响O2 ÷ 的生成 .提示STMP通过清除·OH而对抗脂质过氧化
The anti-lipid peroxidation of 4 sulfonate 2,2,6,6 tetramethylpiperidine nitroxide (STMP) was studied. The results showed that STMP significantly inhibited the production of malondialdehyde (MDA) and its inhibition. The IC50 of MDA production in heart, liver and kidney were 4.8, 3.2 and 3.7 μmol·L-1, respectively, and the IC50 of anti-hemolytic reaction was 318.3 μmol·L-1. However, the production of O2 ÷ was not affected. ·OH against lipid peroxidation
