外军对军人工资关系的协调主要从军地工资关系和军队内部工资关系两方面着手。理顺我军工资关系,应当积极借鉴外军经验做法,完善军人工资法体系,合理确立工资参照对象,科学设计军人工资项目,健全军人工资增长机制。
The coordination of the foreign military’s salary relations with military personnel mainly starts from the relationship between the military wage and the internal wage of the military. To rationalize the wage relations among our military forces, we should draw lessons from the experience of foreign troops, improve the system of wage law for military personnel, establish a reasonable target for wages, scientifically design military wage programs, and improve the wage growth mechanism for military personnel.
