目的:建立白头翁配方颗粒的高效液相指纹图谱,为白头翁配方颗粒的鉴别、质量评价与控制提供实验依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,Waters XbridgeTMC18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长210 nm,柱温40℃,流速0.8 mL.min-1。结果:建立了白头翁配方颗粒的高效液相指纹图谱,以白头翁皂苷B4为参照,确定了12个共有峰为特征峰,对照指纹图谱色谱峰丰富,分离度高,相似性好。结论:该方法可用于白头翁配方颗粒的鉴别、质量评价与控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish HPLC fingerprint of Pulsatilla striata Granule, to provide experimental basis for the identification, quality evaluation and control of Pulsatillae granule. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a Waters Xbridge TMC18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was eluted with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid. The detection wavelength was 210 nm and the column temperature was 40 ℃ , Flow rate 0.8 mL.min-1. Results: The HPLC fingerprint of Pulsatilla striata Granula was established. With Pulsatilla saponin B4 as the reference, 12 common peaks were identified as characteristic peaks. The control fingerprints were rich in chromatographic peaks with high resolution and good similarity. Conclusion: This method can be used for identification, quality evaluation and control of Pulsatillae granule.
