目的:高效液相色谱法测定不同月份光泡桐叶中熊果酸含量。方法:对西安5、6、7、8、9、10和11月光泡桐叶进行HPLC含量测定,色谱条件为:SHIMADZU VP-ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,波长210 nm,流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸-三乙胺(80∶20∶0.02∶0.03),流速1 ml/min。结果:10月份熊果酸含量最高(1.78%)。结论:光泡桐叶不同月份熊果酸的含量不同,可结合叶片产量考虑适时采收。
Objective: To determine the content of ursolic acid in Paulownia leaves at different months by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The HPLC determination of Paulownia leaves in Xi’an in May, June, July, August, September, October and November was carried out. The chromatographic conditions were: SHIMADZU VP-ODS (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column, wavelength 210 nm, flow The phase was acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid-triethylamine (80:20:0.02:0.03) with a flow rate of 1 ml/min. Results: Ursolic acid content was highest in October (1.78%). Conclusion: The content of ursolic acid in different seasons of Paulownia fortunei leaf is different, and it can be considered timely harvesting considering the leaf yield.
