马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司(以下简称马钢)为动力发电厂提供煤炭原料的PC250型管状带式输送机,吸收了日本三菱的管状输送带运输理论,由马钢自行研制的新型输送带运输设备,管径250mm,运输量200t/h,全长1014.4m,倾角为0~10.74°,提升高度26.5m[1]。该管状带式输送机在使用过程中先后出现过输送带跑偏、扭曲、撕裂及拉断等问题,经过分析研究,针对管状带式输送机的跑偏总结出了一套切实可行的调整方法,并对其防跑偏装置进行了改进,投入运行5年以来设备运行情况良好。
