研究对照组及原发性癫痫患者发作间歇期血清泌乳素(PRL)含量变化及其与脑电图(EEG)表现的关系。结果显示癫痫组PRL含量(男性30.4±23.9ng/L,女性34.1±21.7ng/L)显著高于对照组(男性10.6±3.4ng/L,女性16.5±4.6ng/L)。EEG显示有痫性放电组患者血清PRL含量(35.2±28.1ng/L)显著高于EEG呈非特异性异常组(24.8±18.3ng/L)和EEG正常组(18.7±14.8ng/L)。结果提示PRL可能参与原发性癫痫发生与发展的病理生理过程。
To study the changes of serum prolactin (PRL) levels and the relationship with the electroencephalogram (EEG) in the control group and the patients with primary epilepsy. The results showed that the levels of PRL (30.4 ± 23.9ng / L in male and 34.1 ± 21.7ng / L in female) in epilepsy group were significantly higher than those in control group (10.6 ± 3.4ng / L in male and 16.5 ± 4.6 ng / L). EEG showed that the level of PRL in serum of patients with epileptic discharge (35.2 ± 28.1ng / L) was significantly higher than that of non-specific abnormal group (24.8 ± 18.3ng / L) and normal EEG group (18.7 ± 14.8 ng / L). The results suggest that PRL may participate in the pathogenesis of epilepsy and development of the pathophysiology.
