中小学体育课基本队形编排,多数为男女生各两列横队的队形.这种队形整齐一致,适宜整班教学和队列训练。但由于学生多,教材、教法复杂和学生个体差异大等原因,不便于区别对待和管理. 近几年我采用“组合型”的编队方法,收到了较好的效果.具体做法是以身体素质和运动能力为主要依据,兼顾身高.将男女生各分成人数基本相等的四个锻炼小组(每学期重新调整一次).每列横队男女各一组,矮前高后,男女生前后错开,共四列横队,八个小组,每组选一名小组长,并按排列顺序确定男女组号(见下图).
