电动螺旋压力机具有能量可控、生产锻件精度高等优点,广泛应用于各种材料的精密锻造。由西门子PLC、触摸屏组成的电动螺旋压力机控制系统,在锻件的整个成形过程中,触摸屏上无法显示滑块的位移、速度、打击力的实时曲线,因此无法研究打击能量对锻件成形性能的影响。本文设计了一套基于UDP通讯协议的电动螺旋压力机数据监控系统,并已应用在1000 t电动螺旋压力机的实际生产中。该系统可以显示设备参数信息,以2 ms采样周期采集位移、速度、打击力参数,基于PC并在监控系统界面上以曲线的形式显示出来。
Electric screw press with energy controllable, high precision forgings production, widely used in precision forging of various materials. The electric screw press control system composed of Siemens PLC and touch screen can not display the real-time curve of the displacement, speed and striking force of the slider during the forming process of the forging. Therefore, the influence of striking energy on the forming performance of the forging can not be studied . This paper designs a set of data monitoring system of electric screw press based on UDP communication protocol and has been used in the actual production of 1000 t electric screw press. The system can display device parameter information, and collect the displacement, speed and strike force parameters in 2 ms sampling period. It is based on PC and displayed in the form of curve on the monitoring system interface.
