通过对大量不同试剂的筛选和复配以确定超高相对分子质量PA6(UHMWPA6)冻胶体系的纺丝凝固浴,筛选结果表明:二甲基亚砜和硝基甲烷的混合凝固浴对纤维的成型效果较稳定。运用SEM、DSC和WXRD对一定条件下模拟纺丝得到的初生纤维结构进行研究,探索了凝固浴对初生纤维结构的影响。结果表明:在凝固浴中沉淀析出的PA6大分子形成了新的结构,同时皮层有晶体生成。
