当前,伴随着素质教育浪潮的兴起,对传统教育理念与教育方法提出了新的要求。语文学科作为小学生的必修课,实现个性化教学对于学生的全面发展具有重要意义。本文笔者结合自身实践经验与教育学、心理学相关理论,深刻阐述了实现小学语文个性化教学的重要意义,并提出相关策略,以期实现学生的个性发展,为语文教学提供借鉴。小学阶段作为个体成长的黄金时期,是学生成长道路的开端,对于实现其自身的长远发展具有不可替代的重要作用。语文学科由于其自身的特殊性,对于学生的智力发展、人格培养、创新意识提高均具有指导意义,从而对于语文教师的素质提出了更高的要求。在当今时代,秉承新课标改革的核心理念,如何实现小学语文教学个性化与学生个性发展的双赢已成为广大教育工作者面临的共同问题。
At present, with the rise of the tide of quality education, new requirements have been put forward for the traditional educational concepts and methods of education. As a compulsory subject for pupils, it is of great importance to realize individualized teaching for all-round development of students. In this paper, the author combines its own practical experience and pedagogy, psychology related theory, profoundly expounds the importance of achieving personal language teaching in primary schools, and puts forward relevant strategies in order to achieve the development of students’ personalities and provide reference for language teaching. The primary stage, as the golden age of individual growth, is the beginning of the path of student growth and plays an irreplaceable and important role in realizing its own long-term development. Due to its particularity, Chinese subject has instructive meanings for the students’ intelligence development, personality cultivation and innovation awareness raising, which puts forward higher requirements on the quality of Chinese teachers. In today’s era, upholding the core concept of the new curriculum reform, how to achieve a win-win situation between individualization of individuality in primary school Chinese teaching and individual personality development has become a common problem facing educators.
