以“正大康”草鱼颗粒饲料配方为基础日粮,将1%的复合微生物制剂作为饲料添加剂投喂草鱼,30 d后分别测定草鱼的生长性能指标与肝胰脏、肠道的淀粉酶和脂肪酶的活性。结果显示,实验组草鱼的体重和体长分别比对照增长8.93%(P<0.01)和3.93%(P<0.01);肝胰脏和肠道的淀粉酶的活性分别提高227.36%(P<0.01)和239.56%(P<0.01),脂肪酶的活力分别提高22.51%(P<0.01)和7.16%(P<0.01)。从而表明,复合微生物制剂能有效促进草鱼的生长与提高消化能力,为其在水产养殖中的应用提供参考依据。
The grass carp feed was used as the basal diet, and 1% of the compound microbial preparation was fed as the feed additive to the grass carp.
