硅线石属于蓝晶石族高铝矿物,它是一种十分重要的非金属矿物原料。硅线石可以在1545℃时不可逆转化成莫来石和Si O2(方石英),这就是硅线石的莫来石化行为。此固相反应不仅可以合成莫来石瓷,而且相变过程中产生的体积效应可以被用于材料的增韧。本文介绍了硅线石陶瓷化及其应用,并简要介绍了材料制备的工艺。硅线石选矿提纯因工艺不精,得到精矿后的尾矿中硅铝含量依旧很高。因此,对于硅线石尾矿的利用研究意义重大。本文综述了硅线石尾矿的几种应用实例,并简述了硅线石尾矿利用的重要性。
Sillimanite is a kyanite family of high-aluminum minerals, it is a very important non-metallic mineral raw materials. Sillimanite can be irreversibly converted into mullite and Si O2 (cristobalite) at 1545 ° C, which is the mullite behavior of sillimanite. This solid phase reaction can not only synthesize mullite porcelain, but also the volume effect generated during the phase transformation can be used to toughen the material. This paper introduces the sillimanite and its application, and briefly introduces the material preparation process. Sillimanite purification process due to lack of refined ore tailings after the Si-Al content is still high. Therefore, the research on the utilization of sillimanite tailings is of great significance. This paper reviews several examples of the application of sillimanite tailings, and briefly describes the importance of the use of sillimanite tailings.
