根据城乡建设环境保护部(83)城科科字第44号文的计划,由中国建筑科学研究院结构所负责并组织国内不同地区的16个科研、高校和施工单位共同开展了《中强钢丝预应力砼结构与工艺的试验研究》课题。经过三年多时间,在对钢材及预应力砼构件基本性能进行大量试验与工程试点应用的基础上,于1985年10月河北省经委对唐山钢铁公司研制的预应力混凝土冷拔钢丝用的低合金φ6.5热轧盘条进行了转产技术鉴定。城乡建设部科技局又于1986年12月对《中强钢丝预应力砼结构与工艺的试验研究》课题成果进行了技术鉴定。结果表明,与冷拔低碳钢丝相比,中强钢丝是一种强度较高、塑性较好、具有明显改善结构性能的新钢种,用于中小型预应力砼构件,可节省预应力钢丝15%左右,利用现有的加工冷拔低碳钢丝的机械设备,即可进行中强钢丝的加工生产。为促使中强钢丝进一步推广应用,编制了本建议,供设计与施工部门参考使用。由于中强钢丝预应力砼使用历史不长,技术还有待进一步完善,因此,请各设计、施工单位注意积累资料,总结经验,并将有关意见寄至中国建筑科学研究院结构所,以便今后统一修订。
According to the plan of No. 44 of Urban Science and Technology Department of Urban and Rural Construction and Environmental Protection (Ministry of Environmental Protection), the Institute of Structural Science of China Academy of Building Research is responsible for organizing 16 scientific research institutes, universities and construction units in different regions of China to carry out the Experimental research on the structure and process of prestressed concrete. After more than three years, on the basis of a large number of tests and application of pilot projects for the basic properties of steel and prestressed concrete components, in October 1985 the Economic Commission of Hebei Province used low tensile steel wire for the prestressed concrete developed by Tangshan Iron and Steel Company. Alloy φ6.5 hot-rolled wire rods were subjected to conversion technology identification. In December 1986, the Science and Technology Bureau of the Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction conducted a technical appraisal of the results of the “Experimental Study on the Structure and Technology of Medium-Strength Steel Wire Prestressed Concrete.” The results show that compared with cold-drawn low-carbon steel wire, medium-strength steel wire is a new type of steel with higher strength, better plasticity, and significantly improved structural performance. It can be used for small and medium-sized prestressed concrete components and can save prestressed steel wire. About 15% of the medium-strong steel wire can be processed and produced using the existing mechanical equipment for cold-drawing low-carbon steel wire. In order to promote the use of medium-strength steel wire for further promotion, this proposal has been prepared for reference by the design and construction department. As the use of medium-strength steel wire pre-stressed concrete has not been used for a long time, the technology needs to be further improved. Therefore, each design and construction unit should pay attention to accumulating data, summarize experience, and send relevant opinions to the Institute of Building Research, China Academy of Building Research, for future unification.
