我们采用中西药物组方经5家医院共治疗消化性溃疡300例,近期疗效满意,报道如下。 本组病例男198例,女102例。年龄17～50岁,平均29.5岁。病史平均2.5年以上。吸烟及饮酒分别为95例及102例,二者兼有者85例。全部病例均经内镜检查确诊,其中胃溃疡105例,十二指肠溃疡190例,复合溃疡5例。溃疡长径多大于5mm;多伴有慢性浅表性胃炎。其中105例取胃粘膜组织行快速尿素酶试
