法律逻辑学是法学专业的一门必修课,也是学习其他部门法的基础课,更是未来法律职业中进行推理、论证的工具性学科。民族院校在法律逻辑学的教学中既面临普通院校法律逻辑学教学的难题,也面临民族院校生源文化基础薄弱的自身难题。民族院校法律逻辑学的教学,必须在遵循普通院校法律逻辑学教学的基础上,根据自身生源的特点,立足于教学内容、师资队伍建设、教学对象的定位、法律职业化教育、教学模式的选择和教学方法的多元化等方面进行教学改进,以此培养民族院校学生的法律思维能力。
