教师的社会地位一定程度上反映了社会成员对于教师这份职业的认可度。农村幼儿教师作为我国幼儿教师的主力军,他们的社会地位是否被认可直接影响着教师工作的积极性与职业自信等。本文对天津市H区农村幼儿教师的7所幼儿园进行问卷调查,发现该地农村幼儿教师存在工资待遇低、社会成员认可度不高、教师师资水平较低等问题,反映出该地区农村幼儿教师社会地位较低。
The social status of teachers reflects to some extent the recognition of teachers’ professions by members of the society. Rural kindergarten teachers as the main force of our kindergarten teachers, whether their social status is recognized directly affects the enthusiasm of teachers and professional self-confidence and so on. In this paper, a questionnaire survey was conducted on seven kindergartens in rural H district of H district in Tianjin. The results showed that rural Kindergarten teachers in rural areas had low salary, low recognition of social members and low level of teacher education, which reflected that rural Kindergarten teachers Low social status.
