目的:建立调血祛斑胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对调血祛斑胶囊中当归、川芎、栀子、陈皮及大黄进行定性鉴别;以高效液相色谱法对其君药地黄中的梓醇进行含量测定。结果:调血祛斑胶囊中的当归、川芎、栀子、陈皮及大黄薄层色谱中,在与对照药材或对照品相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点;梓醇进样量在0.767~4.603μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=1.000 0),平均加样回收率为102.33%(RSD=2.23%,n=9)。结论:本方法简便、准确、稳定、可靠、重现性好,可用于本品的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Tiaoqu freckle capsule. Methods: The contents of Angelica sinensis, Chuanxiong rhizome, Fructus Gardeniae, Citrus rehmanniae and Rhubarb were identified qualitatively by TLC. The contents of catalpol in Radix Rehmanniae Preparata were determined by HPLC. Results: In the TLC of Angelica sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Fructus Gardeniae, Citrus rehmanniae and Rheum palmatum in the Qixue Quban Capsule, spots with the same color were found on the corresponding positions of the reference drug or reference substance. The injection volume of catalpol was between 0.767 and 4.603 The calibration curve showed good linear relationship with the integral of peak area (r = 1.000 0). The average recovery was 102.33% (RSD = 2.23%, n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, stable, reliable, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of this product.
