目的:观察S100P与Ki-67蛋白在肾盂尿路上皮癌组织中的表达,分析其与肾盂尿路上皮癌临床病理特征的关系及探讨两者与肾盂尿路上皮癌发生、发展的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测52例肾盂尿路上皮癌与46例正常肾盂黏膜组织中S100P、Ki-67的表达情况。结果:S100P在肾盂尿路上皮癌组织中的阳性表达率(86.5%45/52)明显高于正常对照组(30.4%14/46)(P<0.05),同样Ki-67在肾盂尿路上皮癌组织中的阳性表达率(80.8%42/52)明显高于正常对照组(26.1%12/46)(P<0.05);S100P、Ki-67在肾盂癌组织中的阳性表达与患者的性别、年龄无关(P>0.05),却与病理分级、临床分期有关(P<0.05);在肾盂癌组织中,S100P与Ki-67表达呈正相关,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:S100P与Ki-67过表达提示其在肾盂尿路上皮癌的发生、发展中具有重要作用,因此联合检测两者可能有助于判断肾盂尿路上皮癌生物学行为及预后评估。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression of S100P and Ki-67 in the renal cell carcinoma of the urinary tract and evaluate the relationship between the expression of S100P and Ki-67 in clinicopathological features and the correlation between the expression of S100P and Ki-67 in the pathogenesis and development of renal cell carcinoma of the urinary tract. Methods: The expressions of S100P and Ki-67 in 52 cases of renal pelvic urothelial carcinoma and 46 cases of normal renal pelvis mucosa were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: The positive expression rate of S100P in the renal pelvic urothelial carcinoma (86.5%, 45/52) was significantly higher than that in the normal control group (30.4%, 14/46) (P <0.05) The positive expression rates of S100P and Ki-67 in carcinoma of the renal cell (80.8% 42/52) were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (26.1%, 12/46) (P <0.05) , But not related to age (P> 0.05), but correlated with pathological grade and clinical stage (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of S100P and Ki-67 in renal pelvic cancer tissues (P <0.05). Conclusion: The overexpression of S100P and Ki-67 suggest that they play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of renal pelvic urothelial carcinoma. Therefore, the combined detection of S100P and Ki-67 may be helpful to evaluate the biological behavior and prognosis of renal pelvic urothelial carcinoma.
