目的探讨国产氟康华胶囊对口腔白色念珠菌病的疗效。方法对35例口腔白色念珠菌病人分离的35株菌株进行药敏比较，随机分为3组，国产和进口氟康咄组各12例，制霉菌素组11例。国产和进口氟康哩组分别用国产氟康叹胶囊和进口氟康华胶囊，第一天口服1次200mg，以后每天口服1次100mp，连服13d；制霉菌素组口服制霉菌素1．0MU，每天4次，连服14d。结果口腔白色念珠菌对国产氟康唑的敏感及治愈率均达92％，与进口氛康叹疗效无差异（P＞0.05），2组有效率都明显优于制霉菌素组（P＜0．01）。结论国产氟康唑胶囊抗真菌作用与进口氟康叹疗效相同，并优于制霉菌素。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of domestic fluconazole capsules on oral candidiasis. Methods 35 strains isolated from oral Candida albicans patients were susceptible to drug susceptibility. They were randomly divided into three groups, 12 cases were made in domestic and imported fluconazole group and 11 cases were nystatin group. Domestic and imported fluconazole groups were made with fluconazole capsules and imported fluconazole capsules, the first day of oral 1 200mg, once daily oral 100mp, even for 13d; nystatin group oral nystatin 1. 0MU, 4 times a day, and even served 14d. Results The oral Candida albicans sensitivity and cure rate to domestic fluconazole reached 92%, no significant difference with the imported breath flu (P> 0.05). The effective rates of two groups were significantly better than those of Nystatin (P <0 .01). Conclusion The antifungal effect of domestic fluconazole capsule is the same as that of imported fluconazole, and better than nystatin.
