中华人民共和国成立以来生态环境建设的实践探索与基本经验

：
生态环境建设是关系中华民族永续发展的头等大事。以中华人民共和国成立以来生态环境建设的主要成就和重要举措为研究起点,总结中国生态环境建设的基本经验并对未来进行展望。中华人民共和国成立以来生态环境建设取得了一系列重大成就,包括生态环境建设从“政府意识”上升到“国家意志”;监管体制机制逐步完善,能力增强;生态环境保护与建设互融互促机制生成;国家生态安全屏障框架基本形成,保障能力提升;环境污染治理成效显著,人民生活环境质量持续改善等。中国生态环境建设取得的成就,得益于顶层设计与制度建设同行、政府主导与多元共治结合

园艺团体辅导对小学生焦虑与注意力的影响
采取量化、质性分析手段研究了园艺疗法对小学生焦虑的影响及其内在作用机制。研究一通过问卷法调查分析小学生的注意力和焦虑状况;研究二引入园艺团体辅导,探究小学生的焦虑是否降低以及注意力是否为内在作用机制;研究三为质性研究,对园艺团辅过程中积累的大量质性资料进行分析。结果表明:①小学生确实存在焦虑状况且注意水平能够显著负向预测焦虑;②在园艺团辅作用下,实验组的焦虑水平显著降低;③在园艺团辅作用下,实验组的注意力水平显著提升;④在园艺团辅对焦虑的作用中,注意力的中介作用不显著;⑤在主观感觉上,园艺活动能够给人带来

城市与自然共生的新理念——伦敦国家公园城市建设的启示
伦敦国家公园城市建设对我国正开展的生态空间建设有重要借鉴意义。系统梳理了英国国家公园城市运动的基本内涵,剖析了国家公园城市与国家公园、公园城市的异同。从建设条件、发展历程、追求目标、组织架构、实施路径5个方面全面回顾了伦敦国家公园城市建设的实践历程,指出其本质是自下而上强调全民参与的城市自然保护运动。最后提出了国家公园城市建设对我国的启示:在价值观念上通过多方路径树立全民自然保护价值观,在定位目标上强调实现野生动物福祉和野性自然环境,在治理体系上自下而上发动全民参与,在活动策划上创造人与自然联结的机会。
