采用室温存放实验,分别研究了耐热剂种类及含量对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)树脂含水率和机械性能的影响。结果表明,在相同耐热等级下,不同耐热改性体系的ABS树脂吸水速率存在差异,含水率的差异直接影响ABS树脂的力学性能;与α-甲基苯乙烯(α-MSt)耐热体系相比,N-苯基马来酰亚胺(NPMI)耐热体系的吸水速率更快,存放相同的时间,材料性能(尤其是耐热性能)所受的影响也更大。随着耐热剂含量的增加,ABS树脂的吸水速率加快,同时力学性能降低,NPMI耐热体系受存放时间的影响更大。
The effects of the type and content of the heat-resistant agent on the moisture content and mechanical properties of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) resin were studied respectively at room temperature. The results showed that there were differences in water absorption rate of ABS resins with different heat-resistant modified systems under the same heat-resistant grade. The difference of water content directly affected the mechanical properties of ABS resin. Compared with α-methyl styrene (α-MSt) N-phenylmaleimide (NPMI) heat-resistant system has a faster water absorption rate and has the same impact on the performance of the material (especially the heat-resistant property) when stored for the same time. With the increase of the content of the heat-resistant agent, the water absorption rate of ABS resin is accelerated, meanwhile, the mechanical property is reduced, and the heat-resistant system of NPMI is more influenced by the storage time.
