为了实时、准确地反映羟基乙腈的生产状态,本文利用近红外光谱法在线监测羟基乙腈的制备。该系统的设计具有一定的创新性,它将近红外光谱分析技术和自动化分析控制技术首次应用到监测羟基乙腈制备工艺中,是现场、实时、连续监测羟基乙腈生产组分的自动近红外光谱分析系统。下文详细介绍了系统的技术指标、组成、以及关键部件的设计。
In order to reflect the production status of hydroxyacetonitrile in real time and accurately, the preparation of hydroxyacetonitrile was monitored online by near infrared spectroscopy. The design of the system has some innovative features. It is the first time that near-infrared spectroscopy and automated analytical control technology are applied to the monitoring of hydroxyacetonitrile production process. It is an automatic near-infrared spectroscopy system for on-site, real-time and continuous monitoring of the production of hydroxyacetonitrile . The following details the system’s technical indicators, components, and key components of the design.
