目的:对毛茛科乌头属植物直缘乌头的块根进行化学成分研究。方法:运用硅胶、氧化铝、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过MS和NMR分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从总碱中分离得到12个C_(19)二萜生物碱生物碱,分别鉴定为:滇乌碱(yunaconitine,1),印乌碱(indaconitine,2),草乌甲素(crassialine A,3),8-去乙酰滇乌碱(8-deacetylyunaconitine,4),塔拉地萨敏(talatisamine,5),chasmaconitine(6),14-乙酰塔拉地萨敏(14-acetyltalatisamine,7),vilmoraconitine(8),黄草乌碱丁(sachaconitine,9),14-乙酰黄草乌碱丁(14-acetylsachaconitine,10),acoforestinine(11),黄草乌碱丙(vilmorrianine C,12)。结论:化合物8~11为首次从直缘乌头中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of roots of Aconitum ranunculaceae. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, alumina and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by MS and NMR. Results: 12 C 19 diterpene alkaloids were isolated from the total alkaloids and identified as yunaconitine (1), indaconitine (2), crassialine A , 3), 8-deacetylyunaconitine (4), talatisamine (5), chasmaconitine (6), 14-acetyltalatisamine (7) , vilmoraconitine (8), sachaconitine (9), 14-acetylsachaconitine (10), acoforestinine (11) and vilmorrianine C (12). Conclusion: Compounds 8-11 were isolated from Aconitum kusnezoffii for the first time.
