脂多糖结合蛋白 (LBP)和脂多糖受体 (CD14)是机体识别调控细菌内毒素 (LPS)作用的关键因素。LBP可以特异性地识别结合LPS ,并促进LPS与CD14的结合。CD14包括膜结合CD14和可溶性CD14,二者分别介导CD14+ 细胞和CD14-细胞对LPS的应答。LBP CD14可以明显提高细胞对LPS的敏感性 ,多方面地放大其生物学效应 ,在脓血症及脓毒性休克等的发病中发挥着重要作用。
Lipopolysaccharide binding protein (LBP) and lipopolysaccharide receptor (CD14) are the key factors in the recognition of bacterial endotoxin (LPS). LBP specifically recognizes LPS binding and promotes the binding of LPS to CD14. CD14 includes membrane-bound CD14 and soluble CD14, which mediate the response of LPS to CD14 + and CD14- cells, respectively. LBP CD14 can significantly improve the sensitivity of cells to LPS and greatly enlarge its biological effects, playing an important role in the pathogenesis of sepsis and septic shock.
