目的探讨Clusterin、Bcl-2及Bax在大肠腺癌进展过程中的表达情况、作用及其之间的相关性。方法收集50例大肠腺癌组织标本,利用免疫组织化学法检测Clusterin、Bcl-2及Bax蛋白的表达情况,分析其表达结果与临床病理间的关系。结果免疫组化结果显示Clusterin在大肠腺癌中的表达率为88%,明显高于大肠正常粘膜中的表达(P<0.01),表达情况与有无淋巴结转移、浸润程度、Dukes分期及肿瘤组织分化程度呈正相关(P<0.01),但与性别及年龄无关。Clusterin与Bcl-2的表达呈正相关(r=0.74,P<0.01),与Bax的表达呈负相关(r=-0.58,P<0.01)。结论 Clusterin的表达在大肠腺癌的发生、发展过程中可能起到重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and the role of Clusterin, Bcl-2 and Bax in the progression of colorectal adenocarcinoma. Methods Colorectal adenocarcinoma specimens of 50 cases were collected. The expression of Clusterin, Bcl-2 and Bax proteins were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of Clusterin and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The expression of Clusterin in colorectal adenocarcinoma was 88%, which was significantly higher than that in normal colorectal mucosa (P <0.01). The expression of Clusterin was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis, infiltration, Dukes stage and tumor tissue Differentiation was positively correlated (P <0.01), but not with gender and age. Clusterin was positively correlated with Bcl-2 expression (r = 0.74, P <0.01), but negatively correlated with Bax expression (r = -0.58, P <0.01). Conclusion The expression of Clusterin may play an important role in the development of colorectal adenocarcinoma.
