目的 :用声学定量技术 (AQ)对正常儿童的左、右室收缩、舒张功能进行研究。方法 :用 AQ测定86名健康儿童左、右室心功能参数 :舒张末期容积 (EDV)、收缩末期容积 (ESV)、射血分数 (EF)、峰值充盈率(PFR)、峰值射血率 (PER)和峰值充盈时间 (TPFR)。结果 :1左、右室的 EDV和 ESV的正常值范围为一变量 ,随年龄增长而增长 ;2不同年龄对左、右室收缩功能指标 (EF、 PER)无影响 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,而对舒张功能指标 (PFR、TPFR)有影响 ;3左、右室收缩、舒张功能中 ,EF、 PFR和 PER在两心室间无统计学差异 ,而 TPFR有非常显著的差异。结论 :AQ测定心功能的方法简便、省时 ,直接反映每一心动周期瞬时心功能。在小儿中几乎 10 0 %可获得满意的 AQ图像 ,因而是一种很值得在小儿中推广应用的心功能测定方法。
Objective: To study the contractile and diastolic function of left and right ventricle in normal children by acoustic quantitative technique (AQ). Methods: The cardiac function parameters of left and right ventricles of 86 healthy children were determined by AQ: EDV, ESV, EF, PFR, peak ejection rate PER) and peak fill time (TPFR). Results: The range of normal values of EDV and ESV in left and right ventricle was a variable and increased with age. There was no difference in EF and PER between two groups at different ages (P> 0.05) ) And diastolic function index (PFR, TPFR) .3 In left ventricular systolic and diastolic function, EF, PFR and PER had no statistical difference between two ventricles, but TPFR had very significant difference. Conclusion: AQ method of cardiac function is simple, time-saving, a direct reflection of each heart rate transient cardiac function. Almost 100% of children receive satisfactory AQ images, making them a well-deserved cardiogamy assay for pediatric use.
